Can I order each of the products within the protocol individually?
Currently, we don't sell the products individually. We find they are much more effective when used in combination with each other, as a part of their respective protocols.
How do I know if this protocol is the right one for my skin type?
We recommend taking our skin quiz to get a better understanding of your skin's needs and the right protocol for you.
How often should I use these products?
Use the products in the protocol as directed. Mild irritation is expected in the first few weeks of use. If you experience this, we recommend decreasing usage of Acne Treatment and/or Night Repair as your skin acclimates. Contact the Skin Care Concierge at skinexpert@drsoniamd.com about skin cycling or other suggestions.
Can I use this protocol while pregnant or nursing?
Safety is our first priority. Though some of the products in the protocol may be used, we do not recommend using the full protocol if you are pregnant or nursing without consulting with your doctor first.
Can I use the protocol after having cosmetic procedures done?
The protocol is a great pairing to procedures and helps prime and prepare your skin. Your cosmetic procedures may work better and penetrate deeper with more effective results. You may need to discontinue use a few days before and after specific procedures. Always consult with your doctor.
